NEET UG 2026 · Counselling season is open

Your rank is fixed.
Your seat is still
a decision.

Counselling decides where you study far more than most families expect. We sit with you through every round — All India Quota, state quota, deemed and private — and tell you plainly which choices are worth filling and which are a trap.

The rules are free. Knowing which seat you’ll actually get — that’s what we do.

Three routes to a seat. We work all three.

Most families lose a seat by treating counselling as one process. It is three, running on different calendars, with different rules about fees, bonds and withdrawal.

01

All India Quota counselling

The 15% national pool, counselled by MCC, plus AIIMS, JIPMER and other central institutes.

  • Choice list built against last year’s closing ranks
  • Round-by-round Freeze / Float calls
  • Round 3 and stray vacancy strategy
02

State quota counselling

The 85% home-state pool, with its own portal, calendar, domicile rules and bond terms.

  • Domicile and certificate eligibility check
  • State registration windows tracked for you
  • Bond years and penalties priced before you fill
03

Deemed & private guidance

For families who can fund a private seat and want it costed honestly before committing.

  • Total four-and-a-half-year cost, not just tuition
  • NRI and management seat comparison
  • Loan documentation timeline planning

Why families choose us

We are counsellors, not agents. We cannot get you a seat, and anyone who says they can is selling something. What we can do is make sure no seat is lost to a missed window, a wrong preference order or a document that was never in the right format.

One counsellor, every round

The same person from registration to stray vacancy. No handovers, no repeating your situation.

Both counsellings, in parallel

AIQ and your state quota run on different calendars. We track both so neither slips.

Costs stated before you commit

Tuition, hostel, bond penalty and escalation, priced across the full course before a choice is filled.

Judge us by the free guides

Every rule we would explain on a call is already written down and free to read. The depth of that work is the credential — read the guides first, then decide.

How the work runs

Step 01

Profile call

Rank, category, domicile, budget and what your family will and will not accept. Forty minutes on WhatsApp or a call.

Step 02

Shortlist and choice order

A written college list against last year’s closing ranks, ordered with you before the portal opens.

Step 03

Round-by-round calls

After every allotment: Freeze, Float or Upgrade, with the reasoning written down so your parents can read it too.

Step 04

Reporting and admission

Document set, fee timeline and reporting window handled until you are physically admitted.

What happens in your first 30 minutes with us
0–10 min

We read your position

Your AIR, category, domicile state and what you have already registered for. No sales pitch in this part.

10–20 min

We tell you the honest range

Which routes are live for your rank, which are wishful, and whether you need paid support at all — some students genuinely do not.

20–30 min

You leave with the next action

The deadline that matters this week, the document most likely to be rejected, and what to do before the portal closes.

What working with us looks like

One engagement for the whole season. Not per round, not per state, not per phone call. If your counselling runs into stray vacancy in October, we are still on it.

Prefer to talk before committing? Send us your rank on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether you need paid support at all.

Full counselling support
  • Rank-to-college mapping for All India Quota and your home state
  • Round-by-round choice-filling order, written down before the portal opens
  • Document verification before each deadline, in the format that portal accepts
  • Upgrade, freeze and float calls after every single allotment
  • Support that runs until you are admitted, not until the first round closes

No seat is guaranteed. Allotment is decided solely by the counselling authority.

Questions we are asked every July

All India Quota (AIQ) is 15% of government seats, counselled centrally by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) with no domicile requirement, covering AIIMS, JIPMER, central universities and more. State Quota is the remaining 85% of government seats, counselled by each state authority and generally requires state domicile.

Yes. AIQ and State Quota run on separate portals with separate registrations and deadlines, and a candidate can participate in both in parallel — you simply need to track both timelines carefully.

MCC runs four stages for the All India Quota: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 — what earlier cycles called the mop-up round — and an online Stray Vacancy round filled from the existing merit list with no fresh registration. State authorities run their own equivalent rounds on their own calendars, and the exact dates shift every year.

From Round 3 onward, accepting an allotted seat is generally binding — if you do not report and join, you forfeit your security deposit and can be barred from the remaining rounds of that counselling. Be certain before you accept a late-round allotment.

Most students with modest scores still have real options: BDS cutoffs run lower than MBBS, private and deemed medical colleges have seats at higher fee levels, and AYUSH courses (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS) are counselled separately through the AACCC portal. Later rounds also open up seats as higher-rank students migrate.

Commonly required documents include your NEET scorecard and admit card, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, a photo ID such as Aadhaar, domicile certificate (for state quota), category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS where applicable) and passport photographs — carry originals plus several self-attested photocopies, and ensure your name spelling matches exactly across every document.
